I sing of wine and the valor of a great hero

A hero of the Trojan War and a propagator of civilization, Diomede was a Grecian warrior whose skill won him the favor of the gods. According to legend, he crossed Italy then settled in Magna Graecia. During his journey, he planted some of his precious vines, such as the Greco, Falanghina, Fiano and Aglianico varieties (Aglianico comes from the Latin for “Hellenic”). Since then, in Campania and Puglia, these vines have prospered and are, today, the precious base for some of the area’s finest wines.

With its distinctive and deeply rooted bond with tradition, Diomede combines heritage with innovation and classic flavors with a hint of the new.
